It's almost here!!

Only 34 more days until Christmas!! I've pretty much done all my shopping. But today as we celebrated Becky's birthday, I thought about how much I miss the rest of the family. I really wish we could all be together! I remember when we went to Grandma's and Papa's house for Christmas the year that Chris graduated. After prayer that night I said to Dad that I didn't want anything to change, but that I knew that our family had grown up and would be having families of there own. I have been so blessed with the choices my children have made in choosing spouses. And it goes with out saying that the Grand children and the most wonderful things in the world!!! We got really spoiled having you all living close. I miss the Sunday dinners and time with the grand kids, But I know that you are all where you are supposed to be. As we get ready to celebrate the birth of our Savior, I want each of you to know that I know he lives and loves each of us. And even tho we are separated by miles, We are an Eternal Family. I am so grateful for this knowledge. We pray daily for each of you, and ask the Lord to watch over you. To bless you with what you need, and to keep you safe. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! We all have so much to be thankful for. We will see you on the web cam!!! "Remember who you are and what you stand for." Love MOM

The Camper

Amy asked about staying warm in the camper. I realized that I didn't tell much about it. It is a 2001 Cab over. It has central heating, air conditioning, a solar panel on the roof to charge the battery. That way it doesn't use the truck battery. There is also fan over the queen size bed that can blow out for exhaust when cooking or in to cool. We have a fridge with a freezer. A bathroom with a shower ,sink and toliet. Its small but works great!! A 2 burner stove, and a sink. We also have a water heater. Every thing is so easy to start. Not like the one we used to have. You just push a button and every thing is on. We are really enjoying it.

Working in the beautiful city of Salt Lake

Well, this week we are working in Salt Lake and Logan. We had a customer have some problems so we are running a day late. But we will make it up as we go. We have also had a client in Reno, call saying that their hood is down. So because next week is Thanksgiving, and I had plans to get the end of year stuff done in the office with Becky. Matt is going with Dad so I can stay home and get some things done. I'm not to sure about sending them out together again, every time I call them they are laughing. They just have too much fun together!! But I appericate him going for me. Well not much else is going on. I don't teach this week. I taught for the last 3 weeks in a row. But they called brother Brady(across the street from us) and he will be teaching this week. I'm enjoying the break.
We miss you all!!(Even Becky and Matt when were gone)

The last pictures for tonight

The first 2 are of Wind River!

And this is the hole get up! It is really working nice. No more lifting the equipment up into the back of the truck. There is a ramp and the back of the trailer and we just roll the equipment up and strap it in. And no suit cases in the cab of the truck!! When we stop at night every thing is set up!!

Our travels for the month of October

This is the new camper. It sure is nice to have the same bed each night.
Dad took the picture from the side so you can't see the hole!!
These next pictures were taken at Flaming Gorge. We spent a four day weekend with the Easleys. It was beautiful!

This is Saint Maries, ID. We had to work though the weekend so we camped by the river.

And this is Wind River resovoir.

This is another picture of the Salmon River. Uncle Lindsay had to have a smoke break!

DON'T HAVE A HEART ATTACK!!!

That's right. I finally got this up and running!! We shall see how well I can do this.
The picture was taken along the Salmon River while Uncle Lindsay was here. It was a pretty day!
